Dying Light 2 - Part 24 - Power Cut Off At The VNC Tower
1Hey everyone and welcome back to Dying Light 2.
Before we are able to get the VNC tower back up and running we need to check out the electrical station to get the power back up and running. When we arrive the area is filled with Renegades that we need to defeat. Our next job is to get the station powered. Inside there are station with wires that we must connect. The wires only have a certain length so you must find the right path to get them connected. These stations can be very tricky and take some time to work out. Once we get the station back up and running we are attacked by more Renegades!
Once the station is finally powered up Jack is able to place the lamps and power them. The VNC radio tower will be as safe as possible but there still might be volatiles inside. We make our way to the VNC tower and speak to Rowe. Rowe has been coming up with a plan on how to take the tower back and take out the dark zones. When talking the power goes got putting a lot of people in danger. Rowe calls his men back but it is too late and they have been attacked. Rowe goes to help his man and we agree to help get the power back on.
Inside the tower is filled with zombies and volatiles that attack us at every turn. Through the fight we make our way to the basement, on our way we find Leon who is really hurt. Leon asks us to give a letter to his family for him. We need to find the other men and try and safe any we can. We get to the power room and have to manually turn the power back on, this sounds an alarm alerting all the zombies in the area. Once we have flipped all the switched the job is mostly finished, we just need to connect one of the electrical wires. During this part of the mission we have to carry a wire through the basement filled with water. We reach the end but the wire was not long enough to reach. Releasing the wire is meant to reset the wire puzzle but we encountered a bug were the wire got stuck on an object and I had to completely restart the game.
Once the power is back on we are able to get back to Rowe and speak about what will happen next. By the time everything has happened it is late so we rest for the night. Before sleeping we are able to spend time with the PK members who will be on the mission with us. We speak to them about the mission and normal day life. They tell us about themselves and we have a good night together. Rowe even joins joins the party. Everyone is worried about our next mission, but if we are able to get the tower back on it will be helpful for everyone.
