Performance-Hints:

- Reduce Visibility to minimum, it´s not a very visible setting but has a noticable impact on FPS
- Disable the nVidia-Gameworks-Settings (HBAO+/Motion-/Depth of Field-Blur)
- Disable VSync to avoid 30fps-Fallback

Everything else is enabled or high. Having around 40fps here. 21:9 is very well supported, haven´t seen any problems yet.
