The first step in making a Dyson Sphere is mastering Solar power, and no better time to start than now. if you can get solar panels all around the planet, you can solve your power needs for the bulk of the Early game. As a bonus, you can rip up those solar panels and transfer them to a dedicated Power World when the midgame comes and you unlock interstellar flight, so no wasted resources!
