Remember how I wrote that to access Warp Room 1 you use the GameShark code 800673CC and placing a value that's higher than 0000 will grant you access to the Warp Room below?
Well, place that value to 0003 (some other values work as well) than hit R2 on your controller. You'll get a greeting from none other than a static Cortex in this E3 Build (15th June 1997).

(Debug code was found, courtesy of Darksider from tcrf: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, X, Circle, Circle)

Just a short video wanted to show it at a native ratio compared to the video floating around from @OKeijiDragon using the widescsreen hack, you should honestly check them out for their preservation of game media.

Spikestuff why is this 4k?
Cause dithering.

Followup Question. Why not use the Dither removal?
Well you might as well go to a YouTube channel that's using some plugin garbage then.
But in all seriousness it's to show off the dithering applied to the game and 4k is unfortunately the only resolution where the bitrate won't get destroyed.
