Electronic Arts, or EA, have received a perfect score, 100 out of 100, for the third year in a row, from the Human Rights Campaign as a part of their Corporate Equality Index, which rates American workplaces to assess how they treat lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender persons.

The four main objectives in the criteria this year are:
Provide equal benefits for same-sex partners and spouses
End benefits discrimination for transgender employees and dependents
Demonstrate firm-wide organizational competency on LGBT issues
Demonstrate firm-wide public commitment to the LGBT community

EA did also take part in numerous international Pride Parades this year, as well as sponsoring the ‘Lesbians Who Tech Summit’ and the ‘2014 Out for Undergrad Technology Conference’ this year.
