Far Cry 4 Teething Issues
4Along with a handful of Assassin’s Creed Unity bugs, some Far Cry 4 players are experiencing major problems – it’s not a great week for Ubisoft. The three major problems are:
PC crashes, where the game is crashing when PC players try to load it.
Playstation 3 corruption, where PS3 players get an error message saying “Game Data is corrupt. Please delete FC3 game data.” So, it’s asking them to apparently delete Game Data for Far Cry 3, not Far Cry 4, and it’s currently unclear if this is only happening to people who own a copy of Far Cry 3. Some people are suggesting it’s happening to them with FC4 even though they’ve never played FC3.
And, finally, pre-order codes were supposed to be emailed to users who pre-ordered editions containing the “Blood Ruby” bonus mission. Some players have reported that they never got the email at all, with others saying they did, but the code was missing or invalid.
