If I made a Heroes and Villains video, which I am not, it would show how emperor Palpatine has a star card that grants more damage to electrocuted heroes, however electrocuting heroes only last for .85 seconds up to 1.5 seconds max and it takes Palpatine 1.5 seconds to recover from electrocuting heroes so that star card is 100% useless. By the time you get back to using his lightning attack the heroes are no longer electrocuted. And in order to even get close to using that card you have to also use another card to max out electrocuting heroes to 1.5 seconds. Passing up on cards for more health, longer lightning reach, bigger aura, etc... nonsense.
