After defeating Captain Strong, you are now free to go to Twoson. Don't forget to save your game and rest at Frank's before going, though.

The worst part of getting there is the Ramblin' Evil Mushrooms. These buggers will mushroomize you. It's like being confused, but only it lasts outside of battle, messing up the controls. The only way to fix this is to see the healer at the hospital. He will buy the mushroom on your head for $50.
Don't forget to open the present on the way to Twoson.

After making it to Twoson, you can save at the hotel. Beware, there are mushrooms there too, but only at the area where you can go back to Onett.
