I highly recommend level 15 before fighting Everdred, so I just fight enemies at southern Twoson. Before that, though I got the number for Mach Pizza and put the Teddy Bear in storage. I've also showed you what happens when you try to take a bus to Threed at this point of game.

In Twoson, you'll find the following enemies:

Annoying Old Party Man
Cranky Lady
Unassuming Local Guy
New Age Retro Hippie

Simply bashing/shooting these enemies is the key to defeating them. And don't forget to lifeup when your HP goes below 70. Rest and save at the hotel everytime you level up.
