EASY Medical Mule Mission Guide DMZ
147An easy to follow, in-depth tutorial showing the best way to do the Medical Mule level 3 White Lotus Faction Mission in DMZ. To complete this mission you have to deliver 20 stims and 10 emergency rations to the dumpster dead drop northeast of Al Samman Cemetery and extract 5 self revives. The dumpster dead drop is actually bugged out and doesn't work for the one listed so you have to deliver the items to the dead drop to the east of the Sa'id City Mall.
