Sarawak Laksa

Sarawak Laksa is a type of noodle dish with peanuty, slightly spicy broth.

Ingredients (3pax):
1 packet Sarawak Laksa paste (enough for 10 servings)
10 pcs Shallots
10 cloves Garlic
4-5 slices Ginger
2-3 cm Lengkuas (Galangal)
10pcs Chili
1-2 pc Lemon Grass
MeeHoon (Vermicelli)
Prawns
2-3 Eggs
2-3 pcs Chicken Breast
Parsley (Coriander/Cilantro)
A pinch of Salt & MSG
Optional: Coconut Milk

Paste Preparation:
1. Blend Shallots, Garlic, Ginger, Lengkuas & Chili
2. Heat oil in pan, pour in the blended ingredients and sauté until fragrant
3. Put in Lemon Grass & Sarawak Laksa paste, continue sauté under medium heat until break oil
4. Separate, can keep it in a n air-tight container.

Steps:
1. Beat Eggs
2. Fry Egg on a pan layer by layer, then separate
3. Pour in 4 bowls of water in wok, bring it to boil
4. Throw in Prawns, separate when cooked
5. Throw in Chicken Breast, separate when cooked
6. Throw in MeeHoon for 1 minute, separate
7. Slice the Eggs, shred the Chicken Breast
8. Arrange everything in a bowl
9. Bring the water to boil again, throw in 1/3 of the Sarawak Laksa paste prepared earlier
10. Add Salt & MSG to taste while slowly stirring it
11. Pour it over the ingredients to serve, garnish with Parsley
12. Recommended to add a little of Coconut Milk for more authentic taste.
