Spaghetti Aglio Olio

Ingredients (2pax):
1/3 of the Spaghetti pack (it was indicated for 3 servings but in actual fact enough for 6 servings)
Chili finely chopped
1 pc Fishcakes sliced thinly
6-7 cloves of Garlic sliced thinly
A pinch of Salt
A pinch of MSG
Oil

Steps:
1. Add 1 tablespoon of Oil and a pinch of Salt to a pot of water, bring it to boil
2. Put in Spaghetti for 3 minutes and separate, remember to keep the Spaghetti water
3. Heat 2-4 tablespoon of Oil in pan (depending on how glossy you want your Spaghetti), sauté Garlic until golden brown
4. Throw in Parsley, Fishcakes & Chili and sauté for another 2 minutes
5. Switch off the heat, pour in some Spaghetti water to let it cool down (amount of water depending on how wet you want your Spaghetti to be)
6. Mix in a pinch of Salt & MSG
7. Switch back on the heat to medium and throw in the Spaghetti, mix it up.
8. The Spaghetti will absorb all the water in a few minutes, switch off heat
9. Place Spaghetti on a plate or bowl and sprinkle some Italian herbs
10. Ready to serve
