The Shikigami Master summons Exploding Katashiros that will blow themselves up for massive damage every time it loses 12%(~595) of its HP, but they're pretty slow so killing them before they explode is easy.

The simplest strategy is to just damage rush it, as the boss will be stuck doing nothing but summoning if you can deplete 12% of its HP between every one of its actions. Patchy is the main attacker here and everyone else just helps her get her turns faster. Nitori is added as the last member since she can occasionally inflict WRY on the boss to squeeze a bit more damage.
