Based on exactly the same software from the previous video, we now add traffic in two directions on lane N3. This can be done by:
1. Add a signal on N3 eastbound
2. Add a memory signal
3. Add block 10 N3east to the block table
4. Add 'multi_reserve' numbers to the block table
5. Add 2 routes n3-S2 and S2-N3 to the routes table
6. Add track sensors for 'train_avalable' and 'block_free'
