After installing all these mods and changing the settings to the low graphics preset it stays a lot at 40 fps so limiting it to 40fps with the 40HZ refreshrate option should be optimal. There are still some dips which can occur and I did test Altus Plateau which hovers around 38 FPS to 40FPS which is probably the most demanding area. Also fire effects etc can drop the framerate to 29 FPS but I encountered this problem on my desktop PC as well. Maybe there is still stuff I can do like using Proton GE instead of Proton Experimental or changing the UMA vram, but I'm quite happy with what I have achieved so far. I'm using the official dock with the Elgato HD60 for capturing that's why the refreshrate was set to 60 instead of 40.

Also on the small screen the game looks very nice even with these downgrades enabled.
