A long awaited Mapset for GZDOOM has been released in its first Phase.
This Highly Detailed Mapset for GZDOOM has some lore and involves Elemental Deities, themed maps for each element with complex geometry that shows what GZDOOM is capable , Framedrops are common for most Computers, its highly demanding, a CPU with a decent Single Core speed and a dedicated GPU with Compatibility with OpenGL 3.3 are required to play at stable framerates.
It is also accompanied by the excellent compositions Provided by PRIMEVAL (yes the same guy who composed for Ashes 2063).
I did a blind run on this level and I must say its quite challenging, Running this with Heavy Mods can kill the framerate even more in weak machines, mine isnt that strong so I opted to play with Beautiful Doom (with some inconsistencies) since mods arent 100% compatible.
This particular Map "Heart of the Feathered Serpent" (Quetzalcoatl) has a strong resemblance to the architecture of the actual Temple of the Feathered Serpent in Teotihuacan Mรฉxico.
I honestly love a Mapset that is based on one of the Cultures of my Country.
