Me and another CMDR go bat shit crazy on some NPC's arses.

Tips:- To allow another CMDR to join Wing - target him, Press LB + X and go into the Communications tab and add him under the message tab. Note: it's easier to find a CMDR when they are in super-cruise.

When in a battle and you want to Target there sub-systems quickly,
have them locked and then Press LB + X and go into the Navigation tab and flick through to sub-systems.
