With the greatest Elite Dangerous exploration expedition ever undertaken to launch this week - I cover some potential ship builds and provide information on suitable modules for those who are considering joining the event.

These builds are focused on minimal engineering, and will only require Felicity Farseer. This is intentional to ensure that the guide covers builds for newer players. More experienced players should Engineer to suit their requirements.

Also, for increased flexibility on the Distant Worlds 2 Expedition, consider some of the additional modules mentioned in the video. For example, I will be taking a pulse laser and chaff launcher for experimentation on space based life forms. Shields can also be reduced, however the ones fitted in the links attempt to account for a few rough landings.
