Part 11 of 34, of a video walkthrough for Emerald City Confidential. In this video, Petra confronts Jack Pumpkinhead, who admits that the Scarecrow helped hide Anzel. The Scarecrow says that he sent Anzel to Ruggedo's, so Petra goes there next.

Ruggedo used a magic spell in order to turn Anzel into a crystal decanter. Ruggedo uses this same spell on Petra, and he gets immediately arrested by Jinjur. Now our hero Petra is stuck as a coat rack!
