With the new Dune movie released, I thought I'd upload some old videos of a playthrough of the last licensed strategy game for the franchise released in 2001 (although stylistically it looks more like the David Lynch 1984 film than the descriptions in the books or the visuals from Denis Villeneuve's version).

Strategy overview:
As I'm defending a territory, I start with a base, whereas the enemy will have to arrive and build one. It's also the place in the map where I have my reinforcements, so I start with extra troops. This gives an advantage to attacking swiftly.

I build a second refinery, upgrade both. Again, I train scouts to find the enemy base, and build combat tanks.

It's small so I send my forces down there shortly afterwards

Just over 10 combat tanks gets the job done. I attack their harvester just outside to goad their units out to fight so I can take them on separately to the base defences.
