G’day all shielas and blokes of the shaft. Today, we will be talking about the zappity little doo-da called the enforcer!
Now! How do you tame an enforcer?
An enforcer is not a normal tame, you dont drug this guy up and force feed him, you dont follow him around and awkwardly shove food into unforgivable places. This robot boi is craftable at the city terminal.. Well thats if you want a level 1! ...there are enough slots in these to make a journeyman blueprint enforcer.. BUT any higher and you will have to craft him in a tek replicator.
How does one obtain a blueprint for one though? KILL KILL KILL, KILL ALL THESE MECHANICAL LIZARDS the higher the level the better the blueprint.
Now just because these little guys are craftable doesn't mean they dont need to eat, they have an energy bar that requires element dust to fill, which can be obtained by harvesting lampposts, benches or tables in the sanctuary, or infact an enforcer itself. Dont forget you can also make element dust from element and element shards! If you are riding an enforcer needing food anything you kill even a person can give you just a little bit of element dust.
Next up get a saddle for your enforcer! … oh.. Wait nope no saddle. YEP THATS RIGHT early easy low level tame and no saddle, a very convenient mount
What can these guys do attack wise? Well! This one felt a little harder to judge.. So I went with the usual 150 tamed to 225 even though.. Thats not how that works with this.. It should add up to around what an ascendant one would give you stat wise.
Left click- 106
Right click- teleport, the amount of teleports you get scales with levels, gaining an additional teleport at 40, 80, 110 and 175 maxing out to 5 charges. You can teleport onto walls and any sufaces, cooldown recovers very fast
C- an area of affect knock back attack, very tiny aoe, deals puny 3 damage
Uses of an enforcer:
Pack mule - can carry a lot and can scale mountains easily, best in city where they can teleport and scale walls, harvesting benches and lampposts
Corruption killer - Enforcers deal 4x damage to corrupted creatures making them great for orbital supply drops and general traversing any planes where corrupted critters spawn
Pvp purposes:
Honestly it seems to be a better pve creature, being so good at killing corrupted creatures
Although it could be a useful ambush creature in a pvp scene, but its low damage output and ease to trap with a simple bola doesnt make it very good to go in guns blazing with
Okay I know I said that THIS GUY SUCKS but remember how the ark devs said these new creatures will be great underwater? THE ENFORCER IS AMAZING, IT HAS NO OXYGEN STAT IT CAN GO FOREVER UNDERWATER. Only downside it cannot swim, or walk on walls.. You can still teleport around but you will start sinking immediately. So you are forced to walk on the bottom of the ocean, this could turn into a really fun way to ambush those water bases.
Next up in this video yep a two for one we will be talking about an enforcers best friend, the scout.
Not much to say crafting wise! Exact same as the enforcer, at either a city terminal or the tek replicator depending on how high of a blueprint you obtain AND YES same way of obtaining blueprints kill these suckers, these little things can be hard to kill as they are fast and stick to a distance sending their enforcers to attack you, your best option is a tame that has some ranged attacks or cracking out the old crossbow or longneck
Now what can these little guys do?
Well first of all load them up and keep them in your hotbar, with a big old supply of element dust, they tear through that bloody fast. Throw out your friend, now lets have a look
Left click - tag enemies/send enforcer to attack
Right click - a little zippy bash that does very tiny amounts of damage
HIGH MOBILITY
Can see for long distances, leaves you vulnerable just standing there
PvP uses:
Scouting
I thought possibly you could put c4 to it and fly it into enemies.. Nope
NOW HERES THE COOLEST PART IT CAN HEAL YOUR TEK MEK BY HOVERING NEAR IT AND IT ACTUALLY HEALS THEM CRAZY FAST *ADLIB* I tried stacking them but unfortunately you can only have one scout deployed from one person, but you can stack them with your other tribemates! And it heals sooo fast.
