Mostly Mega Man VII with a touch of older titles as well as some original techniques. Not Capcom approved. Done for learning purposes.

We now have proper(mostly) palette swapping of the full sprite image. We can also cycle through a small batch of weapons(non-usuable yet) to change Mega Man's palette even more.

Enemies added.
Health pickups added.
Changes to gravity, movement, animation speed, transition speed amongst other small changes.

Still, a lot of work left to do.

Returned to SNES resolution specifications due to outcry of hardcore MM7 fans.
