ENGINE UPGRADE, NEW DEMO UPDATE, & MORE! Development Blog #4

The engine upgrade from v4.6 to v5 has finally been completed. I had to rebuild quite a lot of the game from scratch including the level itself and all the characters attack animations. Thankfully, being forced to work on the animations again revealed the "white border" issue so that should be fixed completely now. I added new sounds and stuff as well. The update should be live on itch.io on May 18, 2021 and there will be a devlog to go along with it (on itch). Hope you enjoy the update! There might even be a very, very brief look at Level 2 at th end of the video!
