Enigma (Critical Eye Review): The Soul of Storytelling
Engima is a masterpiece. That's all you need to know.
This key was obtained from the publisher for review purposes.
It feels like this year has brought out some of the best storytelling in games. And Enigma may be the one visual novel you've heard absolutely nothing about, but it would be a mistake not to know anything about it. Because it's fantastic. Everything it sets out to do, it does with a passion and a soul. Rarely does a game come across that makes me recommend it no matter what the situation, but Enigma is just that. A Game that I didn't want to put a score to, because quite frankly, it went beyond scoring. Come listen to me sing the praises of a story that touched me, and made me relook at my own life, and what's going on with it. It's also got cross dressing. So there's that.
