Traffic has officially reached the point where nothing I do seems to make an impact. It's time to try building a metro system to reduce private vehicles on the roads - but will that help? And will it make this tangled disaster of a city worth continuing to play? Let's find out.

I have no plans to introduce regular city blocks or street grids into this vanilla city build at any time. I am playing unmodded Cities: Skylines on PC with all DLC and Content Creator Packs, but with no Steam Workshop assets or modifications. I will be using the asset creation tool in the PC version to make my own assets, however.
