Managed to get the old Anywhere mod to work in ETG. However the internal command it uses to load levels still works in AG&D, but the flow paths changed (I have yet to find all the paths to the normal floors. Only got NPCParadise and the bossrush flows to load) so the command doesn't do anything.

But I loaded the mod up in the version of the game just prior to AG&D.

Here's a full run through a floor using that tile set. I loaded a unused flow called "test_west_floor_03a_flow"

This appears to be a beta layout for the Abbey? (second secret floor with the Old King)

The interesting thing is it appears to mostly have rooms from the 4th floor. But Old King boss suggests this was meant to be the second secret floor.

This flow was probably meant to be used with the Base_West tileset which doesn't even have a string for it in the original Anywhere mod. That tile set probably didn't make it into the first release of the game or was gone by the time the Anywhere mod developer made the mod.

As for post AG&D, I can get the GameManager.Instance.LoadCustomFlowForDebug function to work. The path to the tile sets changed (It's just "Base_Castle" and so on). The flow paths changed drastically though so pretty much all the old flow paths that the old Anywhere mod had don't work.

Some may still exist, but the paths to them has changed. I am working on seeing if I can find them.
