Looks like Dodge Roll left in code for setting custom seeds for gungeon runs. It was relatively easy for me to add some code via ModTheGungeon so I could activate a custom seed via the console.

A few things aren't impacted by a custom seed. Bonus items on room clear, which item a synergy chest decides to drop (though it does seem to determine if a synergy chest will give out a synergy or not) and money payouts.

Shop items, what NPC is in a shop (if any), secret room/npc room layout/items, boss payouts, and floor layout all seem impacted by the seed. So more or less you can do custom seeded runs. :D
