In 2012, after 20 years in the industry, Michael John was exposed to an entirely different definition of that word, which changed the direction of his career and his opinion of the games industry. Equity – of opportunity, representation, and voice – is a key issue of our age, and games and those that make them have a meaningful role in how it plays out.
