An excerpt from an illegal copy of classified military research files: I present this file to you, the public, because it is your right as a Loyal Esoterian Citizen, to know of the danger that you are in. Our benevolent government has kept this a secret from you far too long. It is my hope that this informa- tion will better prepare you should you ever find yourself face to face with this 'Eliminator'. I shall remain ancnymous, for I cannot bear to think what would become of my family or me should my identity be revealed. After extensive testing of Raven's abilities, we have concluded the following: The enhanced genes we spliced into Raven's genome have exhibited themselves in remarkable ways. Raven's strength is almost four times that of a normal human. His high muscle density allows him to possess incredible strength, while maintaining a relatively compact form. His prowess and agility are equally astonishing Aided by a spe-cial light absorbing armor skin, he is able to melt into the shadows to become nearly invisible. His reflexes are razor sharp, as testing indicates. When tested in mock assassination missions, he exhibited a highly logical thought process indicative of high level reasoning and intelligence. Raven was presented with the task of eliminating an individual under the following testing conditions: the target was placed in an office on top of a 20 story building; all entrances were guarded by Military Police on the ground floor; several patrols were placed within the building on various floors; in addition, 4 bodyguards remained close to the target at all times. Our observations of Raven show that he surveyed the area from a distance before approaching the building from the southem maintenance side which was guarded by only two MP's. The guards were taken by surprise as Raven quickly and silently slit their throats open with his ARC Blade. Raven then proceeded to the maintenance elevator shaft which took him past all the patrols, straight to the floor his target was on. In less than twenty seconds, Raven was in the office, and five seconds later, all four body guards were on the floor, clutching their wide open throats. Only two seconds later, the target was eliminated.....
