Etrian Odyssey 3 HD: Leviathan

Difficulty: 7.5/10 (not too bad this late in the game but very difficult if you fight it right after beating the final boss)
This is the strongest of the normal sea quest bosses and one intended for post game as it's level is above 70. This boss is weak to ice for some reason. and while it has fairly low HP for this point in the game, 17440 to be precise, it has attack comparable to the Blizzard king and resists everything except for slash damage and ice damage which it's weak to.
It can bind your party, use fire breath because of course it can, or cold wave to do heavy elemental damage and it also likes to lower your accuracy. This is also one of the better grinding spots in the HD remaster thanks to picnic mode boosting the exp yield to over 100k and the Tsunami fang can be obtained randomly if you're lucky.
...I'm kind sad that the end is so close when the game is so fun it really makes me want a proper remake for EO3 (fingers crossed)
