Preliminary testing in round 3 confirms that an aggressor alliance cannot shed members and have them reapply if said members incur a cooldown*; also confirms that a defender alliance can shed members and have them reapply**
*- either the exiting corp had no structures &/or had 0 isk in corp wallet at the time of leaving (whether it's taken from master wallet or the automatic pay wallet drop down selection is another question i have yet to nail down)
**-still have to confirm whether they can or not depending on their war eligibility status (round 3 had the defender leave while having structures still, and reapplying with those same structures)


1) an alliance member who is the aggressor in a war cannot leave alliance and immediately reapply (it's grayed out)
2) on the other hand an alliance member who is the defender in a war CAN leave alliance and immediately reapply (it'll be that hidden 24hr timer, but still)

the next video will be me following up with the latter leaving again and trying to reapply (because this current video scenario had the defender in a pending war...soo....yeah)

3) btw, bonus material: it seems as though there is a hidden warbill check when a corporation leaves an aggressor alliance (if said corp has 0 in corp wallet the war(s) go into automatic cooldown)....and contradicts my earlier video claim that wer4's holding corp that left alliance must have done so to anchor a new HQ - assuming that when i glanced at the corp's info sheet ingame it said "war eligible"
I'd presumed he'd left alliance without structures and immediately started anchoring a new HQ...
which miiiiight have been the case, but in this video we've established he could have just had 0 in corp wallet and VOILA! insta cooldown

4) i'm guessing that the ex-member of the aggressor alliance has to wait 2 weeks before they can rejoin that alliance (or wardec opfor again)

5) i'm guessing the rumor that a defender has to pay some sort of hidden bill to have someone ally with them is FALSE.
