Hello my fellow Norrathians! Enjoy the video about one of the most fascinating dragons on Norrath while I continue to tinker with the best audio/visual options when it comes to producing these. The Dragon Necropolis is one of my favorite zones, not only do you have the Dracoliche with an approximately a 100 mile aggro radius but Innoruuk help you if someone decided to go poke Jale'Dar in his tomb. I'll likely come back to this zone for a future video as it has a ton of incredibly interesting quests that either start or end here. Thank you all for watching.

Norrath is a world shaped by Gods, dragons and Dragon Gods. The children of Veeshan were the first to inhabit the world and still lay claim to a great deal of it. But as ancient and powerful as they are, they are not immune from corruption. Of the fallen dragons Zlandicar could be considered the most successful, far from languishing in exile he has used his fellow dragon's own laws against them, dwelling in a graveyard that the living refuse to enter out of respect for the dead Zlandicar has managed to establish himself rather well in his gruesome lair. He not only uses the Dragon Necropolis as a defense to keep vengeful dragons away, but also uses it to augment his necromancy. His forbidden feasting started with the flesh of dragons killed in the war against Kerafyrm and has continued since, it appears that he is no longer just content to eat the dead and will take the opportunity to devour the young and the weak that get too close to the entrance to the Dragon Necropolis. Tucked down deep in his lair he uses an army of enhanced rats called the Chetari to take care of any unwanted guests as well as spy on the outside world. The only thorn in his side seems to be Jale'Dar's wailing a rat named Neb. Neb is the the leader of the Paebala, the original rats that evolved from the magics within the Dragon Necropolis, who would like nothing more then to see Zlandicar and his Chetari dead or gone.
Those who wish to speak with the shade of Jale'Dar can get the key in one of two ways, by giving Zlandicar's heart to Neb, or by giving Neb's head to Zlandicar. Either way, this loathed dragon has carved out a place for himself on Norrath and he is content to lord over it as his power and army grows.
