The Invasive Species Update was Atomicrops' latest major update. It was released for PC users back on December 17th, 2020, but is still yet to reach consoles, which should hopefully receive the update in March.

Obviously this video is extremely late to the party, and probably isn't useful to most people anymore. In fact, this video is over two months overdue. But since the update is taking so long to release onto consoles I felt extremely obligated to make this video regardless. Hopefully this will help someone out.

I tried to keep this brief because I not only wanted people to discover most of the mechanics on their own but also because my thoughts mentioned in my 1.2 First Impressions video haven't really changed. Go check that out if you want more of an opinionated version of this.

As I said at the end of the video I'm going to be taking a break. I just don't have as much time anymore due to what else is going on in my life. I am in no way taking a break because of a creativity-block or anything like that. Don't worry, since I do have plans for when I do return. I imagine you might want to know more, but as you know I'm usually pretty vague when it comes to talking about my plans.
