This is the Hotel Mogul Challenge! What is it I hear you ask? I've got to build the entire base outside! We'll also be playing on Hard for extra awesomeness.

In this video I manage to unlock the Infirmary waaaay earlier than I should, as well as get the base construction into full swing.

The following changes have been made to the game to make this challenge playable (and more fun!)
1. Inner Sanctums, Laboratories, Mess Halls, Power Plants and Training Facilities can be built in Hotels.
2. Power Generators are 2x2 to fit in a Topside Shack.
3. This game will also be using Better Red Ivan (Ivan gets dual M16s, Steele gets a Rocket Launcher) and an Indoor Sentry Gun for the evuls wuhahaha.
