In a pseudo Elite Four twist, you have to beat four trainers and then a "champion" consecutively, who is Mustard in this case. I downed come Rare Candies on top of the EXP candy to ensure this goes smoothly. And thankfully it did.
LMAO at the fact Leon also trained here but got lost along the way to the towers. N-not that I got lost several times too what makes you say that baseless allegation (okay yes I totally got lost this place is a glorified Wild Area)
