‘ExelentOS’ is a very user friendly OS targeted for beginers.
it has a very human design made for anyone comming from windows.
The caveat about ExelentOS is that it is based on archlinux and is a great start for those that are learning archlinux.

The desktop environment(de) that ExelentOS uses is kde plasma 5.27. the apps are a mix of kde, gnome, and mate apps. The themes that it uses are mixed with modern, slick and robust themes. all of this creating the exelent combination!
