It is the first exercise of its kind and has just put 33 military chefs through their paces. Exercise Halberd Caterer has been all about getting those taking part immersed in real-life scenarios which demand 'off-the-wall' catering skills. Forces News reporter Laura Hawkins went to Gutersloh to find out why it's been so successful that it's set to become an annual fixture.
