In this week's analysis, we're deep diving into Daybreakers, a film that wears its social commentary on its sleeve. It has multiple points throughout where it could lose you. However, if you stick through to the end, you get an altogether flawed vision, though it’s also undoubtedly unique.

It revolves around a dystopian world where vampires are the dominant population and have almost hunted humans to extinction. The main problem? When vampires don't feed on human blood, they devolve into monstrous Subsiders.

Ethan Hawke plays a Hemotologist who discovers a way to turn vampires back to human, if he's not killed first by the corporation he betrayed to learn this information!
