I added the original theme (no real music in this map, just some atmosphere sounds).
For the mouselook, in the configuration, put "capslock" on "mouseview" (and "run if you want), when you walk, you can mouselook (vertical aim), but when you walk forward-backward/ (or speed strafe), it will be blocked and can't be moved.
Still usefull, especially for plate form part without using the "page down/up) :)
if you don't use always the run/speed strafe, it will be always with the mouselook, with an auto-run type, you can still stop the move sometimes and continue.
Wanted show a bit more the level design, i remember the first time when i was scared by this monster for the first time (previous map) especially when i did it with keyboard only...
EDIT: They added a patch for to fix the strafe problem, it works perfectly:

Install it in your exhumed\c\exhumed folder (dos version), open it with dosbox, choose the "1" game, activate the 4 options, save and close.
Put the strafe keys on the "turn left/right" keys, and delete the actual strafe keys (with Delete), it will work ! :D
