Minerva was the one who used Blood Magic on the soldiers, but the usage of it corrupted her soul. Therefore, we'll need to weaken her enough for Damien to bring her back to her senses.

She only gets one action per round, but her high HP and use of absorption shields make this battle really long. Obviously, guard during Ultima and purify status effects.

Try to get absorption shields set up and guard when the Soul Eater uses a big attack. Once Damien gets a new buff ability, you can damage the boss and win with only a few offensive skills.
