More fuel cooling options
A small tweak on paper might have an impact on reliability in 2023, particularly at hotter races, with teams allowed more leeway in terms of fuel cooling.


For 2023, fuel in a car shall not be cooler than the lower of either 10 degrees Celsius below ambient temperature or 10 degrees Centigrade (down from 20 degrees) at any time after leaving the competitor's permitted garage area.
