This is a video guide on how to get the achievement The Property Magnate in Fable 2 Video game.

I found that the easiest way to do this is to find a house that has a few trophy spots hanging on the walls. I found one in Old Town with two trophy spots and I put Golden Oak Leaf and the Shard Shard trophies on the walls and it near doubled in price from 8k to 16k. Once you sell the house simply buy it back and remove the trophies to add them back to your inventory.
