There is one line of dialogue that goes unused in the cutscene where you kill Whisper, which insinuates that it was meant to play out differently.

This line of dialogue is her screaming "Noooo" before the Announcer talks about you killing her and is fully voice acted. However, it was removed from the cutscene. Leaving me to assume that perhaps the developers planned for some kind of "execution scene" before it was scrapped.

These lines can still be found in the game, but were removed from the cutscene that they were intended for.
