It is possible to install world mods that contain TNG files into the debug build and run them through the launcher, so you can take advantage of a mod's view with the freecam or console commands.

The only downside is that the games data folder doesn't really register other edits like graphics, videos, text files and CDefs in the same way the retail would. Which means, any custom items or whatever will not be read by the game.

While trying this out, I also decided to test some more cinematics for my mod - Fable: The Expanded Chapters. It's nowhere near finished, but I am hoping to take advantage of this to make the next update video.
