In this showcase, we will share stories and findings from a research, design, and practice community focused on supporting equity through the facilitation of computational tinkering. The focus of the showcase will be on the process of collective partnership that foregrounds trusted long-term relationships and allows for both organizational values and advances as well as collective knowledge building across institutions and geographies. We will describe a few design resources that have emerged from efforts of distributed teams —including facilitation resources, reflective materials, and technology tools—to identify underlying thrulines and thematic design considerations that have emerged as a result of the collective community. The showcase will invite members of the CLS community to discuss multi-organizational design and research efforts as a way to establish equity-centered processes and developments in creative learning with technology.
