Factorio 0.16 Let's Play #7 - Advanced oil processing
197In this episode, I set up oil processing, using the Advanced Oil Processing recipe. I was able to get that research before setting up a big refining area by making just enough plastic bars and red circuits to make the required 75 blue science packs. In the end, I'm not sure it was worth the trouble, but sometimes it's good to try something different.
The observant among you will notice @14:33 that I forget to hook up the petroleum output of one of the refineries, but I did notice that later and have fixed it already.
This is a let's play series for Factorio 0.16. The goal will be to build a megabase that supports a high level of science pack production. We may use some end-game mods to make things more interesting. I set up the map with Railworld settings, Very Good richness, and Small size for trees.
