I've done rail bases before, where a majority of the goods are moved by trains and not belts. However, I haven't done a 'city block' one before and I'll give my try at it. I'll mostly be regarding my network as 'cells' as if in a body, which makes sense as I usually call the trunk of my train network the 'spine'.
