Was initially unable to inject like the Destroy all Humans games, but praydog has done a special fix for this UE version to renable the VR code that the devs had removed like those other games. Now this is working well!

The only really notciable issue is a screen space shadow that is tied to head movement only in the far distance mountain range, may be not as prevalent in other areas of the open world. Otherwise this game is very nice in VR, similar to other 3rd person survival games but with light Souls-like combat and a Lovecraftian vibe.
