Failed liquid latex mask

0Not how the mask is suppose to look like. Problem separating from the cast head where the latex began to stick to itself and fuse everywhere it folded removing it. I remember now what was different from a success many years ago. I built a layer of polymer Clay on top of the casted head to make features for the mask. I remember having to peel them out but had nowhere the problems as peeling the entire head out. Next attempt I will coat the plaster bust with something to fill the porous surface. Should make releasing a lot easier.
