Margrethe Vestager, European Commissioner for Competition, sat down with ReCode’s Kara Swisher to discuss how she believes tech can act fairly in society.

She has fined Apple a record 13 billion euros for illegal state aid. Google were fined 2.4 billion euros for abuse of dominance. The European Commissioner for Competition is clearly someone who is not cowed when dealing with big tech names.
